Continuous manufacturing process of single micron particles (wet adjustment method)
Crystallex Type-VF is used to produce a single micron-sized spherical particle slurry, which is then filtered, washed, and concentrated using the BoCross filter, and the concentrated liquid is dried in an inclined disk dryer to obtain dry powder of fine particles. The entire process allows for treatment while maintaining the particle size.
